Foundation Leveling

Problems like sloped floors, or doors and windows that stick, are signs your home’s foundation may no longer be level. We can use heavy duty steel push piers to lift and level the foundation.

Helical Piers

Corkscrew-shaped helical piers are perfect for construction projects that need a deep foundation. Installation is quick and easy, and they’re less expensive than traditional concrete piers.

Drilled Concrete Piers

If your home is built on the side of a hill you could eventually experience foundation problems caused by soil erosion. This happens when the soil gradually migrates down the hill. We can re-stabilize your foundation using concrete piers drilled deep down into the bedrock.

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Sunken, uneven sidewalks, pool decks, and driveways are both a safety and a liability issue. This can happen for a variety of reasons including tree roots, drainage issues, and problems with expansive soil. We can easily lift and re-level concrete slabs using a minimally-invasive process known as ”slabjacking”. This involves injecting a special polyurethane foam under the slab in order to lift it again. It’s less expensive than replacing the concrete, and you can walk on the slab as soon as the repair is done.

Crawl Space Screw Jack Replacement

Sometimes, a building will show signs of foundation settlement even though there’s nothing wrong with the foundation. The culprit is usually deteriorated screw jacks or settled support posts in the crawl space. This problem can be fixed by using the existing pier locks and then just removing/replacing the posts or screw jacks.

Foundation Replacement

Foundation problems are always stressful for homeowners. However, there is some good news. Most foundations don’t need to be replaced. They can be repaired. However, every now and then – for a variety of reasons – it’s not cost-effective to repair a foundation. We do both full and partial foundation replacement.
